NOTE: Cancellations can only occur within two weeks prior or after your enrollment anniversary date. Union members are bound to remain enrolled with the AFGE Local 1250 for a period of 12 consecutive months, unless separation of employment, transfer to other agency, or promotion to non-Bargaining Unit Employee status occurs.
